HonestFeedback helps close the loop after interviews by creating a structured, consent-based way for candidates to request feedback and for employers to respond. The platform introduces a simple process that allows both sides to participate voluntarily while improving transparency and accountability in hiring.
Candidates can submit a feedback request after an interview, and employers can choose whether to respond using the Core7 structured response framework. The goal is to help both sides learn from the interview experience and contribute to healthier hiring practices.
Requesting Interview Feedback
Candidates can request post-interview feedback through the HonestFeedback platform after completing an interview with a participating employer. Each request is sent privately to the employer and gives them the option to respond using a structured format designed to reduce risk while still providing helpful insight.
After a request is submitted, the employer may choose to respond with a Core7 response, decline the request, or take no action. HonestFeedback simply facilitates the request and response process in a structured and respectful way.
Employer Responses (Core7)
