Danny is an HR Director with 15+ years in business operations and people leadership across manufacturing and technology.

Early in his career in metro Detroit, he worked with companies tied to the Big Three automotive ecosystem, gaining firsthand experience across factory floors and corporate offices, from entry-level roles to executive suites.

Since 2004, he has conducted 2,500+ interviews, hires, and separations, led teams globally, and supported organizations through growth and restructuring across 10+ countries.

Years of HR experience exposed a recurring problem in hiring: post-interview silence caused by a lack of structure. Shaped by an operator’s lens, HF was built to close that gap with accountability and respect.
